Services
All services are to be paid in advance to secure the date and time. Mediations can be performed on Zoom or in person. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, Zelle, Venmo, money order, cashier’s check, or a check on an attorney operating account.
Full Day
$ 1500/party
Eight (8) hours is reserved for the more complex issues that can be tackled and concluded in a full day.
Half Day
$750/party
This is our most popular service available. Four (4) hours gives just enough time without fatigue to efficiently communicate and resolve issues.
One-Hour "drive-by"
$200/party
One hour is reserved for debt collection cases that the issues are simple and resolution is imminent
Overtime and Cancellations
Out of respect for all parties, a fee of 50% of the mediation fee will be assessed to any cancellation within 24-hours of a scheduled mediation. If the mediation extends beyond the agreed upon, scheduled amount of time, each additional hour will be $150/party.
